Defendant Ramiro Cantu appeals his conviction on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1)), on the ground that the district court improperly dismissed a seated juror and replaced him with an alternate. Because we find that the district judge acted within his authority under Rule 24(c) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, we shall affirm the defendants conviction.
